rehabilitation work on residential homes for
homeowners or investors. We also build new
additions, outdoor rooms, and landscaping
ponds when requested. We are not however, a
�builder� who will build and sell tract lots
within a subdivision. We do on occasion
build new custom homes if requested by an
individual with drawings and who is in need
of precise quality project management on
their job. |

Commercial |

On the commercial side we
manage, renovate, and build out office
complex suites for existing buildings. On
occasion we will tackle a full blown build
on raw-land when requested. The tasks
normally involved includes, grading,
foundation work, steel and wood framing,
electrical service and wiring, plumbing,
HVAC, insulation, drywall, painting, and
flooring tasks. |
